  4. Please complete the form below and send to MWA Software, together with payment.

  6. For credit card payments, this form may be faxed or EMailed to MWA Software (see 
  7. below for addressing information and "readme.txt" for information on secure EMail 
  8. transmission). Alternatively, if you wish to pay by by cheque please complete the 
  9. form (less credit card details) and post it with you cheque to MWA Software 
  10. (please make cheques payable to "McCallum Whyman Associates Ltd"). We accept 
  11. sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank, and US dollar checks drawn on a US bank. We 
  12. can also accept cheques from most Western European banks provided they are made 
  13. out in your local currency at the current conversion rate. For non-sterling 
  14. cheques we require that an extra 10% is added to the purchase price to cover bank 
  15. charges.

  25. exclusive. UK VAT (currently 17.5%) will be charged for all UK residents and EC 
  26. residents that are not VAT registered or do provide a VAT number as proof of 
  27. registration.

  47. deemed to have accepted and be bound by the licence conditions for the registered 
  48. versions of J-Write Text Editor as recorded in the on-line help file supplied with 
  49. the evaluation version of the software.
